  Hawaiian Cocktail Sausages

Ingredients
1 1/2 pkgs. heat and serve sausages
1 T cornstarch
1/4 C white vinegar
1/4 C water
1/2 C pineapple juice
1/2 C Pioneer or Big Chief Golden Light Brown Sugar
1/2 green pepper, cut into small pieces
1 C pineapple chunks
1/2 C maraschino cherries

Directions
Remove sausages from package and cut into bite size pieces. In a large frying pan over medium high heat, brown sausages. Remove and drain on paper towel and let cool. Discard excess grease. Meanwhile, in the same pan, add the cornstarch, water, vinegar, pineapple juice, Pioneer or Big Chief Golden Light Brown Sugarand green peppers, bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks, cherries and sausages. Simmer for 20-30 minutes to combine flavors.

*Cooks Note: This can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated before use. Just heat on stove or in crock-pot.
