Sugar and Spice Nuts

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1/2 C + 1 T (heaping) Pioneer Sugar or Big Chief Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C whole almonds or pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a mixing bowl beat egg white, water, pumpkin pie spice, Pioneer Sugar or Big Chief Sugar and salt until blended. Add nuts and stir until coated. Spread into a greased 10 x 13-inch pan and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring to separate nuts every 5 minutes. Bake until nuts are dry. Remove from oven and pour nuts onto wax paper to dry. Store in airtight container.
