Yield: 10-12 servings

Ingredients
2 C all-purpose flour
1 C Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T baking powder
1/3 C milk
3 T vegetable oil
1 egg
1 C mashed banana (approx. 2 bananas)
1/3 C peanut butter
1 C chocolate chips
1/3 peanuts, chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a large loaf pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl stir together flour, Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl beat banana, milk, peanut butter and oil. Add the egg and mix well. Slowly add the flour mixture and blend until well mixed. Stir in chocolate ships and peanuts. Pour dough into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until done.
