Dutch Pancake Dutch Pancake
 
Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients
1/3 C butter
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1 T Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar
fresh fruit or your favorite jam/jelly
Pioneer or Big Chief Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a blender add eggs, milk, flour and Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar. Beat until blended. In a casserole dish or oven proof frying pan (cast iron), melt the butter. Pour egg/flour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Pancake will fall in the center. Gently remove from dish to a platter. Add desired fruit and sprinkle with Pioneer or Big Chief Confectioners Powdered Sugar.
