SPICY VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 C onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 jar (16 oz. each) Prego® Chunky Garden spaghetti sauce
[with mushrooms & green peppers]
1 can (10.5 oz.) beef broth
2 C water
1 C celery stalk, chopped
1 tsp. Pioneer Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic; drain any excess liquid. In a large soup pot add the ground beef mixture, spaghetti sauce, beef broth, water, celery, Pioneer Sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables; bring to a boil, cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
