MICHIGAN SUGAR QUEEN CANDIDATES FOR 2009

Michigan Sugar Company hosted the Michigan Sugar Queen judging luncheon on May 30, 2009 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Sebewaing, Michigan. Twenty-four young ladies interviewed with judges for the title of 2009 Michigan Sugar Queen. Three young ladies will be selected to represent Michigan Sugar Company in various parades and events over the next year. The Queen will receive a $2,000 scholarship and the first and second runners-up will each receive $1,000.

The Sebewaing Chamber of Commerce will host the 45th Annual Michigan Sugar Festival from June 17-21, 2009 in Sebewaing. The Michigan Sugar Queen Crowning will be held on the main stage in the Sebewaing Village Park at 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 19. For more information about the festival Click Here
